Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

*COVID19 Notice - We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2-5 working days. Any orders getting delayed in the supply chain due to new shelter in place orders by state/country, local couriers shutting down and customs problems will NOT receive a refund UNTIL they are tracked at the customers home address and returned back to our warehouse through a defect/wrong item return request. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement or refund the full purchase price of your item. You will have to pay the return shipping. Packages may be delayed for about 1 or more additional weeks on top of the estimated shipping times due to the logisitcs slowdowns in the FedEx Smartpost & USPS courier shipping method. At this time, all shipping companies are operating with delays and orders are received with some significant delays to specific states.With that said, every customer agrees to this new term. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

*Most Recent Update from our Shipping Company - Recently, the delivery situation in the United States has been improving. The local courier in Los Angeles Fedex warehouse had been overloaded due to the reduction in delivery personnel. Many packages were being delayed in April & May. But starting from June, the delivery times have been significantly improved. We aim to deliver most orders within the standard shipping times, 7-15 business days post shipping, but please expect slight delays in shipping of packages to certain states.

Due to the extreme care and safety precautions we have put in place, as well as COVID-19-related industry slowdowns beyond our control, there may be a slight delay on your order. Although we’re doing everything in our power to combat this and make sure your packages arrive as soon as possible. We’ve temporarily extended our delivery timeframes to adjust to these new circumstances. 

*Alaska and Hawaii customers will have extra delayed shipping due to logistics slowdowns. Due to this, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at the moment.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you opted for free shipping, tracking information is not sent to orders with free shipping.

To track your package you can click the tracking link that we sent to your email or go to 17track.net which is a global tracking system. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please contact us and we'll help you. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
